The Property market in Mumbai is fast becoming the BUYERS market with some really good options across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region by Top Developers and especially the 20:80 offers. This payment plan secures the Home Buyer from any possession delays and also depending on the scheme offered by the Developers it saves a lot of interest over 1 to 4 years.

The 20:80 Schemes - Typically mean that you need to pay 20% of the Cost of the Apartment with in 30-45 days and a Bank Loan will be approved by the Bank for you for the Balance 80% payment. This 80% will be funded to the Developer by the Bank as per their internal arrangement, however, you do not have to pay any Interest and your EMI Starts only on Possession. Registration of Agreement is mandatory and you will also have to pay another 7% approximately for Stamp Duty and Vat and proportionate Service Tax. So Please be prepared to pay around 26% up front and do your calculations accordingly.

At present, there are at least 8 to 10 Schemes in Mumbai and each scheme is unique and tailor made to a Developers project. There is a fine print in each one to understand, which we would advise you.

5. Orchid Woods - Goregaon East - 2,  2.5 and 4 BHK - Approx Price 12500/- (Pay 20% - Balance before 9 Months to 1 year) Super Structure is ready,
